Delivery is typically completed within 7 days but may take up to 14 days in certain cases.

If delivery fails or differs from the description, you may request support, a replacement, or a refund where applicable.

We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect user information or platform limitations.

6. Selling Items and Withdrawals

Users may list items for sale via the platform. By listing, you agree to:

  • provide accurate item details;
  • transfer items promptly after a successful sale.

Items remain in your inventory until sold.

A platform fee (for example, commission) may be applied to completed transactions.

Withdrawal Conditions:

To withdraw funds, you must:

  • reside in an eligible country.

Limits:

  • Minimum payout: €10
